Terms and Conditions

Easywayads is “the website” of the Easywayads. “The Advertiser” is the company, advertising agency or person that places an advertisement in Easywayads. “Advertisement” includes loose inserts, advertorial or content provided by the advertiser.

All advertising orders in Easywayads are accepted subject to the following conditions:

  1. These terms and conditions and the Booking form together form the “Agreement”. The Advertiser represents and warrants it has full corporate right, power and authority to enter into this agreement. This Agreement supersedes all previous arrangements between the Advertiser and Easywayads concerning the subject matter and cannot be amended except in writing, signed by both parties.
  2. The Advertiser represents and warrants that the advertisement will not infringe any rights of any third party, does not contain any matter that is fraudulent and complies with the codes of practice for the relevant jurisdiction in which the advertisement appears. In this respect, Easywayads reserves the right to make any alteration to any advertisement that it considers necessary, or to require artwork to be amended accordingly.
  3. The Advertiser assumes all responsibility in connection with the advertisement and will indemnify Easywayads  (and any of its printers, distributors, affiliates, employees or agents) and hold it harmless from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, which Easywayads may incur as a result of the publication of any advertisement on behalf of the Advertiser.
  4. In the event of any whole or part error, misprint or omission in the printing or serving of an advertisement, Easywayads  will at its absolute discretion, either re-run the advertisement, or relevant part thereof, or make a reasonable refund or adjustment to the cost. However, if Easywayads  believes that the error, misprint or omission does not materially detract from the advertisement, then Easywayads  will not re-run the advertisement or relevant part thereof, or make a reasonable refund or adjustment to the cost. The total liability of Easywayads  shall not exceed the full refund value of the advertisement. Any dispute by the Advertiser in respect of any error, misprint or omission in the printing or serving of an advertisement will not effect the due date for payment against the Advertiser’s account.
  5. Easywayads  does not guarantee the insertion of any advertisement. If, in its absolute opinion it has sufficient reason to do so, Easywayads  reserves the right to refuse to publish an advertisement. Easywayads  reserves the right to cancel any advertising order at any time by providing reasonable notice prior to the insertion date.
  6. Where Easywayads  or any of its employees or agents has created or re-worked artwork or copy, Easywayads  will own the copyright on this artwork or copy.
  7. In the event that an Advertiser shortens or cancels a series booking, Easywayads  retains the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw any rate discount relating to the series and apply full rate card charges for any advertisement or advertisements published prior to the date of cancellation or shortening of the series.
  8. Easywayads  reserves the right to charge the Advertiser in full for any booked advertisement that has not been published due to artwork, copy or film not being delivered, or artwork, copy or film being supplied in an incorrect format. Artwork, copy or film must be provided 7 working days prior to the publication date, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the two parties.
  9. 20 days notice is required for any cancellation of a display or classified advertisement. Where a special position has been guaranteed, 30 days notice is required. Notice will only be deemed to have been served by the Advertiser if such notice is received in writing at Easywayads trading offices. If the requisite notice is not supplied to Easywayads by the Advertiser as above, Easywayads reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge the advertiser for the advertisement at the agreed price.
  10. Payment of invoices must be made within 7 days of the date of invoice. Easywayads reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances, on a day-to-day basis, of 3 percent above its banking base rate.
